Since Ongame’s software update Ongame Hand Grabber has not been working correctly.
Idleminer has just released a statement about the status of the handgrabber. Basically, they are working on an update, but Ongame are still making changes to the poker software, which makes it impossible for them to finish their update, since it could be broken the day after they have released it.

They are still making some changes to their game client, so we cannot complete our updates until they are done.
